The amount of sugar in different drinks
After seeing the documentary Fed Up, I wanted to learn more about how much sugar goes into popular beverages like Gatorade and Coca-Cola.
In this graphic, we have an energy drink, 'health' drink, sports drink, and soft drink. It's interesting to see how much sugar goes into each of these beverages.
According to the CDC, more than one-third (36.5%) of U.S. adults have obesity. Perhaps we need to reconsider how some of these drinks are marketed to children.
